Our life jacket / buoyancy aid is made of neoprene fabric / nylon fabric as external fabric, PVC / EPE foamed polymeric as an internal buoyancy filler. different sizes are adapted to different weight to provide the wearer with the necessary buoyancy. For a long time, we have been providing high quality OEM and ODM services to many famous brands. Now we also accept small orders and provide custom services.
Personal flotation device (abbreviated as PFD) is the general name for providing additional buoyancy for the individual, the Life Jacket with provide self-righting capability, the Buoyancy Aid without provide self-righting capability. We only production of life jacket / buoyancy aid with inherent buoyancy (foam core) is mainly used for recreational aquatic activities and professional rescue activities.
Our immersion suit / survival suit is made of neoprene fabric, are intended to reduce the occurrence of shock to the wearer upon entering cold water and retard the onset of hypothermia (reduce the rate of body heat loss during periods of immersion in water), and to provide flotation for the wearer while in the water.

Integrated Buoyancy Module: Closed-cell PVC foam. Buoyancy: 100N (22Ib).
Center Zip: BDM™ waterproof zipper (UK) / TIZIP™ waterproof zipper (German).

The use of life jacket for commercial ships is bound by the SOLAS "International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea" and "International life saving equipment rules" need to use certified products in accordance with the requirements. There is no uniform standard for life jacket / buoyancy aid in recreational water sports, commonly used are UL certification (US Coast Guard standard) and CE certification (EU EN ISO 12402 standard), commonly used grades are UL - USCG Type III and CE - EN ISO 12402-5(50N).
