Neoprene Spearfishing Suit, Spearfishing Wetsuit - Manufacturer and Supplier
Our spearfishing wetsuit made of neoprene fabric, usually made up of two piece, "Hooded Jacket" + "High Waist Pants" or "Farmer John", chest loading pad, elbows and knees are reinforced with abrasion resistant materials, thigh side knife pocket, no zipper, it has excellent warm-keeping and flexible. For a long time, we have been providing high quality OEM and ODM services to many famous brands. Now we also accept small orders and provide custom services.
The first choice material for spearfishing wetsuits is Japan / Taiwan CR sponge, has enough strength and very high stretch rate. Laminated Japan's super stretch fabric is the best choice, but it's most expensive. We also offer products that are laminated Taiwan's super stretch fabric, its the highest cost performance choice. We accept customer-designed camouflage patterns and printing with a special PS stretch fabric ( ➜ Click to introduce).
Lining has two choices, open cell or fabric. The open cell lining will make the wetsuit more suitable for your skin, and easy to warm-keeping, but difficult to put on, you must use a lubricant sprayed inside the suit, and easy to damage. The fabric lining, warm-keeping is slightly lower than of open cell lining, but easy to put on and durable. There are several options for outside materials: coated skin, fabric and smooth skin. Outside coated skin or smooth skin, smooth and hydrophobic surface, helps to reduce resistance in water, but very fragile. Outside laminated fabric is sturdy and durable.

High Waist Pants Spearfishing Wetsuit - 1891 / 1892
Material: CR neoprene (Japan / Taiwan), outside coated skin / laminated PS stretch fabric / smooth skin, lining open cell / laminated super stretch fabric. Accept the camouflage pattern of customers design.

Process: "GBS" / "GDBS", non-penetration stitching method after bonded with glue. The thread residue can be reinforced with "Spot Tape", the seam line can be reinforced with "Tape" / "Liquid" / "Neotape".

Farmer John Spearfishing Wetsuit - 1893 / 1894
Material: CR neoprene (Japan / Taiwan), outside coated skin / laminated super stretch fabric / smooth skin, lining open cell / laminated super stretch fabric. Accept the camouflage pattern of customers design.

Back Zip: Auto-Lock, YKK® VISLON® 10VF zip, KA press slider (brass) / TA6 plastic slider, made in Japan.
Chest Loading Pad: Large loading pad in center of chest.
Knees: Strengthen printing / abrasion resistant fabric, protect knees.
YKK® VISLON® / PK® 3H Wetsuit #10 Zip
Features / Type: Zip consist of plastic teeth and polyester tape. Auto-Lock, abrasion resistant, durable to salt water, that is suitable for seawater. The types include Closed and Open.
Slider: YKK® KA press slider (brass) / YKK® TA6 plastic slider / PK® KA stainless steel slider.

Seam Construction
Flatlock: After the two pieces neoprene fabric are overlapped, the four stitches are crossed and the six lines are crossed through the neoprene fabric.
GBS: After the two pieces neoprene fabric are bonded with "Glue", the seam is then sewed with "Blind Stitch" process.
Weld: After the two pieces neoprene fabric are bonded with "Glue", the two sides of the seam is then reinforced with "Tape" / "Liquid" / "Neotape".
Seam Reinforcement
Tape Seam: Using fabric as a substrate, bonded by hot melt adhesive film, thin, the cost is relatively cheap.
Liquid Seam: Using liquid rubber as a substrate, forming a protective tape after curing, has smooth surface, and waterproof performance is the best.
Neotape Seam: Using CR neoprene as a substrate, bonded by glue, has better elasticity, firmness and waterproof performance, but the cost is relatively higher.
Thread Residue Reinforcement
Bartack: Usually used for thread residue reinforcement of "Flatlock Stitch".
Glue End: Usually used for thread residue reinforcement of "Blind Stitch" and the cost is cheap.
Tape End: Usually used for thread residue reinforcement of "Blind Stitch", comfortable and durable, but the cost is higher.
Neoprene Material Explain:
Normative Interpretation: "Neoprene" = "CR" ≠ "SCR" ≠ "SBR"
"Neoprene" just refers to the "CR" (Chloroprene Rubber), but now the industry "Neoprene" include "CR" (Chloroprene Rubber), "SCR" (Chloroprene & Styrene Butadiene Rubber), "SBR" (Styrene Butadiene Rubber).
